Our Story
The business was established in 2004 and is headed by Antonella Werth, a partner in the oobalink group of originators. Antonella has many years of experience in home finance and has grown the practice into a well-respected player in the bond origination market.
What We Do
Because home loans are our business and our focus is getting your bond approved, we:
- Prequalify you before you start house hunting
- Assist you in completing one set of application forms which we submit to multiple banks, including your own
- Negotiate with the banks to help you secure the best possible deal and interest rate
- Keep you informed throughout the home-loan process
- Make the bond application process as easy and hassle-free as possible
